Barack is out of control. This guy flip-flops more than a candidate. Someone needs to tell him he already won the election. Is he for or against nuclear proliferation? When it comes to nuclear line items in his new 3+ trillion dollar budget, he wants to be John Wayne. He says “The buck stops here” but then laces those words with a constant disclaimer of “I got Bush’s problems.”
